What can be done to keep broken surfboards, old wetsuits, and other surf industry waste from ending up in landfills? Make handplanes!!! That’s the solution Enjoy Handplanes came up with. According to their website, “Enjoy Handplanes are made with either old foam from broken boards or ruined blanks from manufacturing for the board and neoprene from used wetsuits to make the handles.” To round out the production process in sustainable fashion they use Entropy Bio Epoxy to seal their hand crafted designs.
