With a State of Emergency being declared in Virginia this past week due to civil unrest related to racism we decided to spotlight something positive on the topic of cultural diversity. A while back Jordy Smith, current WSL rankings leader, collaborated with Surfers Not Street Children (SNSC) in Durban, South Africa in an effort to help homeless youth find strength, hope, and a few good waves.
